Online shopping:
The Gift Vouchers purchased on the Website are valid for 6 months as of the date of purchase. This date of expiry cannot be extended.
Returns:
Services purchased through the Website cannot be cancelled or returned. Furthermore, they cannot be exchanged for money or other services different from the ones purchased. Once the purchase has been made, you will have 6 months to redeem the gift voucher.
Reservations:

Your reservations are guaranteed by means of a bank card through our system. Payment will be made on arrival, prior to receiving the service.
Policy of cancellation of reservations:
- Cancellation up to 24h hours before your appointment: No fees.
- Cancellation within 24h before your appointment: 50% of the price of the reserved treatment will be charged.
- Not appearing at the appointment without prior notification: 50% of the price of the reserved treatment will be charged.

Arrival:
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your appointment. Arriving late means that less time will be devoted to your treatment, in order to avoid causing any nuisance to the next client, who must be attended with punctuality.
Minimum age:
The minimum age to access to the Spa is 16. Teenagers between the ages of 16 and 18 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Basic rules of use:
The use of a bathing suit in all the facilities, and of a swimming cap in water areas, is obligatory.
For your safety, it is obligatory to enter the pools by means of the stairs. It is strictly forbidden to jump into the water, or to enter the water from the massage beds or seats. Running in the water areas is forbidden.
It is obligatory to have a shower before starting your circuit, and after using the sauna and/or Turkish bath.
The Spa is an area for relaxation and tranquillity; you are thus asked to be quiet.
In order to respect the right to privacy of all users of the Spa, please avoid using mobile phones, cameras and other electronic devices during the use of the facilities.
Loss or damage of personal objects:
Higuerón Spa does not assume any liability for lost or damaged objects. We advise you not to bring objects of value to your appointment.
Smoking, and eating food and drinking beverages brought from the exterior is not permitted in our facilities.
Pregnant women. Special physical or health conditions:
The spa circuit is not offered to pregnant women on the recommendation of medical professionals and due to the risks that may be caused by the force of the jets, sudden changes in temperature or the effect of heat for a long time.
However, we will be delighted to help you choose some of our milder massages for pregnant women, which you can enjoy without any risk for your pregnancy.
On making your reservation, please let us know about any physical condition, hypertension, allergy or injury you have that may affect the service. Our services will not be offered to any client who is under the effects of alcohol or drugs.
